I should be packing. Instead I’m trolling Instagram for photos of the Queen Mary 2.

There is shockingly little out there about traveling as a family on board. There are plenty of pictures though to get me excited.  I thought I would highlight it as part of  #igTravelThursday.

In addition to distracting me from packing, looking at all these pictures stops me from absorbing the magnitude of this move. All summer I’ve been attempting to appreciate the moment I’m in. In these final moments it is hard to do. So here I am trying to focus on this amazing voyage I’m about to take instead of on everything I am leaving.

I hope you can all look forward with me, knowing we will be back.

Ok. Ok. You caught me. I’m too Type A to have not started packing! I’ve been packed for days with a list of those final things sitting on top of our suitcases. Time to double check those lists and make tomorrow a great day for the littles.

You can all look forward to pictures of all our stuff crammed into our tiny stateroom!

    1. Haha. Yes, I’m a bit nervous about all the stuff we have but two kids on a two week trip which culminated in living in a new country seems to equate to lots of stuff.

    1. Hi Kim. Sorry you are not able to see them! I’ve tried from a number of browsers and google seems to suggest you may have something blocking external links. These photos are embedded from Instagram, so they are reading from there.
